Today, after I configure transcription with translation to multiple specific languages, new files uploaded will have their audio translated. Existing ones won't.

There is no current way today to add AI translations to existing video files easily.

It would be nice if there was either:

* An automated way to add a language to multiple existing videos

* An API to edd languages to a video

* A manual way to add a language to an existing video (not uploading - just stating the language I want)
