Hello team, It's great that you've integrated the form directly into the video – that's a really powerful feature! However, what's currently missing is the option to check a box, for example to subscribe to the newsletter. This is mandatory under data protection law (GDPR) and must be implemented accordingly. Please add a checkbox that users can actively agree to. Thank you very much!

Anshul super cool! One more thing: In the lead overview (in the backend) could you include a field stating: „privacy policy and terms accepted at“ and then log the date and time? Or something like that so we have the ability to proof that someone accepted the terms?

AnshulAlso one more thing I noticed: the “let the user skip the form” button doesn’t work regardless of the user being forced to accept the T&C and Privacy Policy. The skip function should work in both options though

André: Well, the user cannot submit the form without checking the checkbox (if enabled), so you can consider the form submission time as the selected time because a user can decide to check/uncheck multiple times.

Anshul ah I found the error why I assumed that the skip function was not available: On both the iPhone and the Mac, the screen is often too small to display the “skip text” at the top right. Maybe it makes more sense to place the button center/somewhere else

Hi all, great feature! To ensure that the integrated form can also be used in the EU (GDPR) in a legally secure manner, the editor only needs three minor adjustments to the checkbox:
1.
Free text with link option (HTML) :
So that you can link your own privacy policy and place the legally required notice on the right of withdrawal right next to the checkbox.2.
Mandatory field option (required/optional toggle) :
A button to determine whether the check mark is mandatory for sending (e.g. for conditions of participation) or optional (e.g. for a voluntary newsletter subscription).3.
Deactivated by default:
The checkbox must not be pre-selected to ensure a legally secure, active opt-in.With these additions to the form editor, the feature is perfect for professional use. Thank you so much!
