I think that it is imperative that you make the list of chapters a LIST that can be clicked...so that the user can go directly to that section of the video. Thanks

Yes, please implement this. This would be a killer feature. A pop-out that lets you select from chapters. Also, would be super helpful if there was any functionality to the chapters, to be able to skip ahead and select. Currently, chapters have no effect other than segmenting the seek bar.

It would be even better if the chapters have anchor links that can be linked to directly from the embedding site.
